Our competitors sell identical water filtration systems across all regions, including Florida. However, we recognize that water quality varies between municipalities. A universal solution cannot effectively address all issues. That’s why at Pure Touch, we offer a diverse range of filtration systems and combinations tailored to meet your specific requirements.
There is no such thing as a saltless water softener. What are often referred to as salt-free systems are actually descalers. These systems do not remove hardness but instead alter the composition of minerals in hard water to prevent scaling. In regions with hard water, such as Florida, descalers may perform inefficiently. Conversely, water softeners use cation resin and ion exchange processes to physically remove hardness from the water.
The duration of installations can vary depending on the location of the main water entry point and the preferred placement of the system. Typically, we are able to complete installations within an average timeframe of three to five hours.
Our water treatment systems are weatherized for versatile installation, either outdoors or inside a garage, depending on the home’s setup and customer preference. For outdoor installations, each tank is buried up to one foot to prevent movement during heavy rain storms or hurricanes. At Pure Touch, we do not hire subcontractors. All of our installation technicians are employees, ensuring a high-quality installation that seamlessly integrates with your home’s original construction.
Pure Touch water softener and filtration systems are constructed using the highest-grade materials and media, which is why we offer limited lifetime warranties on many of our products. Periodic maintenance is required for systems involving carbon filtration, as these filters need to be replaced over time. Like any piece of equipment, regular tune-ups are recommended to ensure the system operates efficiently, providing you with clean, treated water.
For your convenience, we partner with several finance companies to offer flexible payment plans with low monthly installments. Additionally, for customers who prefer to purchase their systems outright, we provide payoff discounts.
We offer both traditional reverse osmosis and our advanced 10-stage alkaline reverse osmosis systems. A traditional reverse osmosis system typically has a pH of 6, while the alkaline reverse osmosis system achieves a pH of 9-10. Our entry-level water softener systems feature a 21-gpm permanent flow rate valve, while our top-tier systems include a 28-gpm permanent flow rate valve.
